  68. Actually, it has been shown that if they existed they would be "unstable"
  69. (that isn't quite the right word/concept) and essentially without any
  70. interesting physical consequences.  They are called tachyons, BTW.

  78. And if we ever make such trips (at any speed), we will almost certainly
  79. know before we leave.  The technology required to find and characterize
  80. Earth-like planets over moderate interstellar distances is 1) well
  81. beyond our current capabilities, but 2) utterly trivial compared to those
  82. required to make an interstellar voyage.  In fact, NASA's current long
  83. term planning concept for the successor to the Space Telescope would have
  84. the capability of detecting Earth-like planets around nearby stars.

  144. through  the Freedom of Information Act dating after 1969's  Blue
  145. Book death that clearly displays that the government continues to
  146. study UFOs.  All the while, the nation is kept in the dark  about
  147. the  true  aspects of this mystery by virtue of a  silent  policy
  148. held by the nation's media.

  150. "Many  people  would be surprised to know how  much  is  actually
  151. going  on  today.  But, the media fails to report  on  it,"  says
  152. Corbin.

  154. Enter ParaNet.  Since its inception over three years ago, it  has
